4. We check the flexibility of your muslces
We check the flexibility of your muscles, specific stretches that you do on a regular basis and the effectiveness of your stretching techniques.

5. We discuss your training programme
Finally, we discuss all aspects of your programme paying particular attention to resistance training, cardiovascular, warm up and cool down phases and make suggestions as appropriate.

At the conclusion of the FITNESSCHECK we will explain all of our findings to you. If treatment or rehabilitation of core stabilising muscles is needed we can work with you to help you to attain your optimal level of performance.

Our aim is to teach you how to get the most out of your muscles and how to minimise the risk of injury. We also provide individual exercise programmes that are tailored to your particular strengths and weaknesses (See Core Fitness)
