Once your core stabilising muscles are performing as they
were designed to you will notice that many things change.
Your pelvis and shoulder girdle will be aligned even while
you are running. As a consequence your
dynamic muscles will perform more effectively. They
may be more powerful and reliable over long distances, they
will be less inclined to tighten or shorten and your risk
of injury will be markedly reduced.
If you are already carrying an injury we can treat your injury
and help you to resolve any underlying muscle imbalances that
could have caused it.
