The most common place for a nerve to be 'trapped' is
in or around the spine. Pain commonly radiates from
the site of a nerve impingement into the arms, front
of the chest or into the legs. Releasing the nerve relieves
the pain. A nerve may be trapped by a stiff or dysfunctional
joint, swelling, a protruding or prolapsed disc and/or
muscle spasm. (Please see each section for individual
treatment as listed).
